About the Prospect
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on
Field Marketing Manager
to support B2B marketing campaigns, events and demand generation activities across Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global technology and telecommunications organisation, working closely with regional sales teams, marketing stakeholders and external agencies to drive customer acquisition, strengthen existing customer relationships and support enterprise pipeline growth.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role rather than a purely strategic marketing position.
Coordinate and execute B2B marketing campaigns across ANZ and Japan.
Support demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.
Partner with regional sales teams to align marketing activities with business priorities.
Coordinate campaign launches, marketing materials, timelines and local execution.
Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives targeting existing enterprise customers.
Coordinate executive roundtables, customer dinners, technology forums and industry events.
Manage event logistics, including venues, suppliers, registrations, marketing collateral and onsite activities.
Support trade shows, sponsorships and third-party conferences.
Coordinate post-event lead collection, reporting and sales follow-up.
Work closely with sales teams to track marketing-generated leads and ensure timely follow-up.
Support lead allocation, CRM updates and pipeline reporting.
Monitor campaign performance, event attendance and lead conversion metrics.




Maintain accurate marketing and sales records.
Liaise with telemarketing agencies, event suppliers and external marketing partners across Australia and Japan.
Prepare campaign briefs, target account lists and supporting marketing materials.
Monitor campaign delivery, lead quality and agency performance.
Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders and external partners.
What We're Looking For
2-4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, campaign execution, demand generation or event marketing.
Experience in
technology, telecommunications, cloud services, IT solutions or a related B2B enterprise environment
.
Fluent English and business-level Japanese
to communicate with stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events or projects across Australia and Japan.
Strong organisational, communication and project coordination skills.
Experience collaborating with sales teams and external marketing partners.
A practical, hands-on approach to marketing execution.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation and pipeline reporting.
Experience organising executive-level B2B events, trade shows or industry conferences.
Knowledge of enterprise technology solutions such as cloud, cybersecurity, networking, managed services or SASE.
Experience coordinating third-party telemarketing or lead generation agencies.
Work with a globally recognised technology and telecommunications organisation.
Gain exposure to regional marketing activities across ANZ and Japan.
Collaborate with enterprise sales and marketing teams.
Deliver impactful campaigns, events and customer engagement initiatives.
