Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate and professional customer service, including handling phone enquiries Prepare pets for viewings and cremations with care and respect Create personalised keepsakes such as clay, ink and digital paw prints, fur clippings, and memorial items Place ashes into urns, wooden boxes and jewellery, ensuring accuracy and quality Coordinate engraving and quality control of keepsake products Maintain accurate records and data entry using internal systems Assist with stock control, warehouse duties and deliveries Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and WH S compliance Support a positive team culture and assist with onboarding current team members
