Overview In the role of a Payments Officer, you will be responsible for providing payments and administrative support functions to the South Australian – Workers Compensation Operations, for the South Australian Community on behalf of Return to Work SA.
How you'll make an impact Provide a professional and customer focused payments service for all internal and external stakeholders regarding payment and general enquiries; Support the claims teams through performing general administrative tasks as required; Liaise with stakeholders for the accurate keying and processing of payments; Ensure that all payments are processed promptly Maintain filing and data integrity standards within internal systems; Monitor, process and action emails received in the shared email inboxes Ensure a tailored customer centric service with empathy,
