Your new role Coordinate maintenance requests received via phone, email and online systemsLiaise with customers, contractors and internal teams to ensure works are actioned efficientlyMonitor maintenance progress and keep customers informed throughout the processManage customer enquiries and assist with resolving issues in a professional mannerMaintain accurate records, reports and information across business systemsBuild effective relationships with suppliers and internal and external stakeholdersProvide general administrative support and contribute to process improvementsWork within a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment while maintaining high service standardsWhat you'll need to succeed Previous customer service,
