Based in Smithfield, this growing organisation offers a fast-paced, collaborative and customer-focused environment with a friendly and engaging culture.Your new role As the Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of service while supporting customers throughout the order and delivery process.
You will work closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams and act as a key point of contact for the business.Your responsibilities will include:Managing incoming customer calls and enquiriesEntering and processing customer ordersUsing Warehouse Management Systems to manage ordersProviding product information and supportResolving customer issues in a qualified mannerCoordinating and booking outbound deliveriesMaking outbound product promotional callsSupporting the Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teamsProcessing credit card payments and credit applicationsMaintaining customer records and master filesManaging special pricing forms,
