What you'll be doingIn this role, you'll learn how quality processes support the successful delivery of telecommunications projects and services.
Your responsibilities will include:Reviewing completed work and documentation to ensure quality requirements have been metConducting desktop-based quality checks and audits using established processes and guidelinesIdentifying trends,



inconsistencies or areas for improvement and escalating findings where requiredAssisting with the preparation of quality reports and audit outcomesMaintaining accurate records and quality documentationWorking with internal teams to support quality improvements and resolve issuesUsing Microsoft Excel and other systems to analyse information and track performance About youWe're looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys working with information and processes.
