Description Lead Project Controllers and oversee project governance, scheduling and reporting activities.
Drive project performance monitoring, forecasting, cost control and portfolio reporting.
Lead workforce planning, resource allocation and capacity management across projects and operations.
Provide project and operational analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
Partner with customers, stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across project control and operational processes Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
7+ years' experience in operations, service delivery, project controls, project management or business operations.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience in project governance, reporting, planning and performance management.
Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
Ability to work from our Homebush, NSW site.
Australian Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Defence Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, APMP or Agile Project Management certification.
Lean Six Sigma certification.
Experience with Planisware, MS Project, SAP, Oracle, SharePoint and Power BI.
Experience within Defence, Aerospace, Aviation, Engineering or Technology sectors.
Location Homebush, NSW.
