We are looking for a motivated person who enjoys scanning, printing, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Monday to Friday, 38 hours a week.
What is this role?
You'll be known as a Client Service Operator, which means you are a fast-moving, methodical working offering exceptional service to our clients.
Working as part of a team, you'll work on jobs from our commercial print clients.
You need to:
A background in Design and experience with Indesign or similar
Colour print management and binding experience
Ability to print, bind and manage the commercial print process
Work efficiently and accurately with multiple deadlines
Juggle priorities and ensure our jobs are delivered on time
About you
If you are committed to providing class-leading service to clients, have strong organisational skills and systems experience, are self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment that supports each other to exceed our client's expectations, then we want to hear from you.
Ultimately, it's your attitude that's most important to us, however previous experience within a corporate services or printing environment is an advantage.
What will help you succeed in this role:
Have the ability to multitask and transition between tasks efficiently meeting deadlines and adjusting to changes in priority
Be passionate about providing exceptional service to clients
Acute attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Flexible and be prepared to go an extra mile when required
IT skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
If you are successful for this role, you will need to undergo a police check.
