Juniper Esperance is seeking Registered Nurses to join our supportive residential aged care team, with accommodation, relocation assistance and sponsorship available for eligible candidates.About the role:Located in the beautiful coastal town of Esperance in regional Western Australia, this is an opportunity to build your career with Juniper while enjoying a relaxed regional lifestyle and becoming part of a welcoming local community.In this role, you will assess residents' clinical needs, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, and implement and review person-centred care plans.
You will also provide guidance to care staff and help ensure high standards of clinical care for residents.We are looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses who are passionate about aged care and open to relocating to Esperance.
Visa sponsorship may also be available for eligible Registered Nurses already residing in Australia.Key Responsibilities:Conduct clinical assessments and respond to changes in resident health and wellbeingDevelop, implement and review person-centred care plans in partnership with residents and their familiesAdminister medications and provide clinical treatments in line with skilled standardsProvide leadership, mentoring and guidance to care staffLiaise with GPs,
