Working within the National Operations Centre, you will be responsible for coordinating daily rostering requirements, responding to customer and operational enquiries, and ensuring all deployment activities are managed efficiently.You will work closely with Security Officers, Operations teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure all vacancies, ad-hoc requests, and operational requirements are addressed in a timely manner.Location: Macquarie Park, NSWEmployment Type: Permanent Full TimeRoster: 12-hour Day Shift roster operating across Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties include, but are not limited to:Manage incoming calls from internal and external stakeholders and respond to enquiries professionally and efficientlyMonitor and manage the National Operations Centre inbox,



ensuring all emails are actioned within required timeframesCoordinate backfill coverage for sick leave, emergency leave, and unplanned absencesProcess ad-hoc guarding requests and create work orders within the rostering systemBuild and maintain ad-hoc rosters to support client requirements and operational demandsLiaise with Security Officers and customers to coordinate deployment activitiesConduct welfare checks and maintain regular communication with field-based employeesAccurately document operational activities and maintain records in relevant systemsEnsure customer requests are actioned promptly and in accordance with service expectationsSupport operational continuity through effective workforce planning and coordinationAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering, or operational coordinationStrong customer service and stakeholder management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail with solid organisational skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience using rostering, scheduling,
