The Monday Club is a current and exciting initiative from the founders of the DCM Group, five years in the making.
We're pioneering a fresh model of strength training, exercise prescription, and community connection for older Australians.
At the heart of our model is the
Monday Club Social Hub,
a welcoming space for connection, exercise, discussion groups, and peer support.
Our
Virtual Village
extends this connection to those at home through live and on-demand programs, virtual classes, and digital circles.

The Role
We're looking for a
Personal Trainer (Cert IV)
who is passionate about helping people stay strong, independent, and connected.
You'll deliver safe, effective, and engaging group training sessions tailored to the needs of older adults.
You'll:
Conduct pre-activity screenings and adapt programs for a wide range of abilities.
Deliver both in-person and virtual strength, balance, and fitness sessions.
Motivate members, build rapport, and make exercise enjoyable and social.

About You
Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Training) + First Aid & CPR.
Experience working with older adults or special populations.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt exercises for diverse needs.
Confident using basic technology for virtual delivery (Zoom, streaming, apps).
(AusActive registration highly regarded. Training in older adult fitness a bonus.)
