This part-time chance is ideal for an experienced aged care clinician who enjoys developing others, driving quality clinical outcomes and making a genuine difference in residents' lives.Monday - Wednesday | 6:30am - 2:30pmWhat You'll DoLead and support the clinical care teamMentor and develop nurses and care staffOversee care planning, assessments and documentationSupport quality, compliance and accreditation outcomesPartner with residents, families and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional careAbout YouCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseExperience in a Clinical Care Coordinator or similar aged care leadership roleStrong knowledge of aged care standards,
