Customer Service Officer Chullora NSW
Our client within the food distribution industry is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Chullora on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role supporting customers and internal stakeholders by managing orders, resolving enquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a 3-month temporary assignment with the potential for extension.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain customer records and documentation




Provide administrative support to the customer service team
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
Assist with general office administration tasks
About You
Previous customer service or administration experience
Confident telephone manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Intermediate computer skills
