Amana Living is seeking a Maintenance Officer in Perth, WA, for a permanent full time role (7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday) with a company vehicle.
You will maintain facilities, coordinate with tradespeople and ensure safety standards for residents, staff and visitors.
The role requires experience in maintenance, a Class C driver's licence, and strong organisational skills.
Aged care experience is preferred; the position offers security and progression within a supportive team.
