You will oversee daily care delivered by residential carers and support young people with high and complex needs within our therapeutic, family-centered program.
The role reports to the Residential Care Coordinator and requires a qualification in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent, plus proven skills in managing behaviour and working in teams.
