Account Manager | Solutions Specialist
to join our Engineering Solutions team.
Reporting to the
State Sales Manager
, you'll be responsible for growing
Sales in the Engineering Solutions
revenue by identifying new business opportunities and maximising opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Join a successful well established team in Brisbane.
Working closely with customers, engineers, operations teams and sales professionals, you'll take projects from initial concept and design through to delivery and completion, ensuring customers receive innovative and profitable solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth of Sales - Engineering Solutions products and services across your territory.
Identify and develop recent customer opportunities while increasing share of wallet with existing customers.
Collaborate with customers, design engineers and temporary works engineers to develop effective project solutions.
Provide technical guidance and product expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Partner with Operations to ensure safe, efficient and timely delivery of solutions.
Support the introduction and implementation of new products and services nationally.
Build relationships with consulting engineers to secure product specifications.




Monitor market trends and customer needs to drive innovation and category growth.
Champion Coates' Safety First culture in all customer and stakeholder interactions.
About You
You are a driven sales and technical professional who combines strong commercial acumen with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Extensive experience in construction, civil, engineering or water infrastructure industries.
Proven success in technical sales, business development or solution selling.
Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to develop profitable, customer-focused solutions.
Experience working across multiple stakeholders to deliver complex projects.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with exceptional time management skills.
Qualifications in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
