Corporate Traveller is looking for an ambitious travel professional ready to take the next step into leadership.
As an Assistant Business Leader, you'll manage and grow your own client portfolio while working side-by-side with your Business Leader to build a high-performing, high-energy team.
This isn't a "wait your turn" leadership role.
From day one, you'll get formal training, a personalised leadership development plan, mentoring from senior leaders, and real hands-on experience leading people, all while staying close to the clients and deals that keep you sharp.

What You'll Be Doing:
Operational & Technical
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through our Operational Excellence framework
Expert user of internal and customer systems — troubleshoot and solve quickly
Understand financial systems and corporate travel products to drive the best outcomes
Growth & Retention
Review customer programs and present value-driven solutions
Know your portfolio deeply and influence stakeholders to create opportunity
Deliver a compelling experience that drives retention, satisfaction, growth and profitability
Development & Leadership
Proactive, self-driven and goal-focused
Continuously build expertise, stay across trends and competitors
Contribute to a collaborative, peer-learning culture
All About You:
Minimum 3 years in the travel industry, including 2 years on Sabre
Business travel management experience, or leisure leadership experience preferred




6 months in Lumina is desired but not essential
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations
A high level of attention to detail
Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing solid relationships
