We're searching for a visionary
Head of Food & Beverage
to lead Sydney's most dynamic hospitality portfolio. Partnering closely with culinary, hotel and corporate leaders, you'll drive strategic direction and operational performance while delivering commercial success, fostering innovation, elevating service standards and creating exceptional guest experiences across an unrivalled collection of world-class venues.
From the refined elegance of a'Mare, Woodcut and Nobu, to the vibrancy energy of CIRQ, Epicurean and Teahouse, alongside our luxury meetings, events and conference operations, you'll lead a diverse portfolio that showcases the very best of hospitality.
This role goes beyond operations. You'll influence strategy, inspire high-performing teams, lead transformational initiatives and identify opportunities that strengthen Crown Sydney's position as one of Australia's premier hospitality destinations.
With exciting developments on the horizon, including new culinary concepts and internationally acclaimed Én by Björn Frantzén joining the Crown Sydney portfolio, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping future openings,



mobilising teams and delivering exceptional launch experiences that reinforce our reputation as a leader in luxury hospitality.
You'll be:
Leading the strategic vision and operational success of Food & Beverage across Crown Sydney
Driving revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence across multiple venues
Delivering exceptional guest experiences that set recent benchmarks in luxury hospitality
Identifying cutting-edge opportunities to grow market share and enhance performance
Managing budgets, labour strategies and commercial outcomes in a complex operating environment
Inspiring and developing the future careers of a large, diverse team of hospitality professionals
Building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
Championing a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement
You'll bring:
Extensive senior leadership experience managing multi-venue, high-volume hospitality operations within luxury hotels, premium dining destinations, Michelin-starred environments and/or integrated resorts
Demonstrated success leading venue openings, major hospitality projects or large-scale operational mobilisations,



from concept development through to launch and sustained performance
Proven ability to lead and execute F&B; strategy within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence
Preferred experience within a Michelin environment, partnering with acclaimed chefs, restaurateurs and culinary talent to deliver world-class dining experiences will be highly regarded
Experience managing service agreements, tenancies or management contracts within hospitality
A highly collaborative, inspirational leadership style with exceptional stakeholder management capability
Adaptability, resilience and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
Ability to obtain all required Casino Employee Licenses
