The chance:
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll move beyond the numbers to become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You'll translate financial data into insights that shape strategy, drive performance and influence key business decisions.
Typical responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders/operations to provide commercial insight and financial guidance
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning cycles
Prepare and analyse monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
Develop business cases and support investment and pricing decisions
Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making




Track KPIs and present performance updates to senior management and executives
Support capital expenditure reviews and project evaluations
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems and controls
Collaborate with the broader finance team to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting
What you'll bring:
Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or business, and CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)
Proven experience in a business partnering, FP&A; or commercial finance role
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and financial modelling ability
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence at all levels
Experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI)
