Allied Health Manager – Westmead Rehabilitation HospitalWestmead Rehabilitation Hospital, a leading provider of comprehensive rehabilitation services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Allied Health Manager to join their dynamic team. This full-time role is located in South Wentworthville, NSW and will play a pivotal part in overseeing the delivery of exceptional allied health services to our patients.What you'll be doingProviding strategic leadership and management of the allied health team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and other allied health professionalsEnsuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based allied health services that meet the diverse needs of our rehabilitation patientsDeveloping and implementing effective allied health policies, procedures, and clinical protocolsDriving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation within the allied health departmentCollaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plansOverseeing the effective management of allied health resources, including staffing, budgets, and equipmentProviding mentorship, supervision, and professional development opportunities for the allied health teamRepresenting the allied health department in hospital-wide meetings and initiativesWhat we're looking forTertiary qualifications in a relevant allied health discipline (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology)Extensive experience (minimum 5 years)
