This is an opportunity for a chef who enjoys taking ownership, leading from the front and delivering food that makes a genuine difference to the people we serve.DescriptionWhat You'll Be Responsible ForAs Chef Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring every meal is prepared safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.Your role will include:Leading and coordinating day-to-day kitchen operationsPreparing fresh, nutritious meals through efficient bulk cookingCreating texture-modified meals and catering to individual dietary requirementsCoordinating tray service and meal distributionBuilding positive relationships with residents, staff and the wider teamMaintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standardsManaging food preparation and kitchen workflowDelivering warm,
