Clough Limited in Perth is seeking an ER/IR Advisor to provide specialist employee and industrial relations support to the K2 Project, ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements, industrial instruments, legislation and site IR protocols. Frequent site visits to Kwinana are expected.

We are looking for an experienced skilled with 5+ years in ER/IR within large-scale resources or heavy industrial projects, strong knowledge of Australian labour laws, and proven ability to navigate union
