Looking to take ownership of major loss projects without juggling dozens of jobs at once?
Join a major insurance builder managing approximately 3 major loss projects per year, giving you the opportunity to focus on quality, project delivery and client outcomes.
You'll oversee complex insurance rebuilds from initial assessment through to final handover, working with key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage major loss insurance rebuilds from start to finish.
- Oversee budgets, variations, programmes and project costs.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
- Liaise with insurers, assessors, clients and other stakeholders.
- Manage complex reinstatement and reconstruction works.
- Maintain quality, safety and compliance standards.
- Drive projects through to successful completion and handover.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing major loss insurance projects or complex insurance rebuilds.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building processes.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results.
- Relevant construction qualifications and industry experience.
