The Opportunity

The Role

Depending on the chance, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day site delivery of commercial construction projects or major project packages valued at $20M+.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Monitoring construction programs, milestones and daily site activities
- Maintaining strong safety, quality assurance and site compliance practices
- Working closely with Project Managers and construction leadership teams




- Identifying potential issues and implementing practical solutions to maintain progress
- Managing site resources, sequencing and coordination across multiple trades
- Maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders throughout delivery

You will ideally bring:

- Experience delivering commercial construction projects
- Exposure to projects or major packages valued at $20M+
- Strong site leadership and subcontractor coordination capabilities
- An understanding of construction programming, sequencing and site management
- A commitment to safety, quality and successful project delivery
- The ability to lead site teams and manage competing priorities
- A collaborative approach to working with Project Managers, subcontractors and key stakeholders
- The ambition to continue developing your career within commercial construction
