Senior Infrastructure Engineer | OpenShift Automation
Design, deploy and automate enterprise-scale container and private cloud infrastructure using Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack, Ansible, GitOps and CI/CD, with a strong focus on observability and infrastructure automation.

Location: QLD, ACT, VIC
Contract Duration: 12 months (up to a maximum of 24 months)
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1
Closing Date: 10:00am, Tuesday, 27 October 2026

Essential Tasks

- Design, deploy and automate enterprise OpenShift and OpenStack clusters across private cloud infrastructure.
- Implement observability, telemetry pipelines, instrumentation and monitoring across OpenShift and OpenStack.
- Develop infrastructure as code, automation playbooks and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Configure developer workspaces and automation solutions to streamline internal delivery pipelines.

Key Criteria

- Proven experience designing and managing enterprise OpenShift, Kubernetes, OpenStack or virtualisation environments.




- Strong enterprise telemetry and observability experience across infrastructure platforms.
- Expertise in infrastructure automation and CI/CD, including Ansible, GitOps and ArgoCD.
- Strong OpenStack architecture, infrastructure provisioning and Linux administration capability.
