About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Retail Team Member to join our Tweed Heads store, with the skills and potential to take on Senior Team Member responsibilities. You'll enjoy helping customers, getting involved in daily store operations and setting a positive example for the team. If you've supported or coached others and are ready for more responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Help customers find furniture that suits their homes, needs and budgets.
- Build customer relationships and work towards store sales goals.
- Process sales and assist with product enquiries.
- Keep the showroom welcoming and products well presented.
- Support stock handling, replenishment and customer collections.
- Share your knowledge and help teammates deliver great service.
- Take initiative and support the Retail Business Leader with daily priorities.
What you'll bring
- Experience in retail, sales or customer service.
- Team leader experience or examples of coaching and supporting others.
- Explicit communication and a friendly, practical approach.
- Confidence taking ownership and solving everyday problems.
- A willingness to work across customer service and store operations.
- A focus on teamwork and safe work practices.
Hours
This is a full-time position offering 38 hours per week. Shift arrangements will be discussed during the recruitment process.
