The Role & Responsibilities

- Proactively generate leads through door knocking, letterbox drops and local area prospecting.
- Build relationships with prospective sellers, buyers and local residents.
- Assist with open homes, property viewings and buyer follow-up.




- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads and enquiries.
- Learn effective prospecting techniques, sales strategies and relationship-building skills through direct mentorship.

About You

You have around 6–12 months of real estate experience and are ready to take the next step in your career. You’re proactive, confident engaging with people and motivated to learn from experienced professionals who can help you reach your potential.

- A current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Current WA real estate registration or willingness to obtain it.
- Happy to work after hours and weekends.
- Ideally 6–12 months of experience in real estate sales.
- A genuine ambition to build a long-term career in residential sales.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
- Full working rights in Australia.
