We are seeking an experienced Property Management Administrator to provide leave cover for a property management office in South Perth.
This role would suit someone with a strong understanding of residential property management processes, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to manage reception duties independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and manage reception emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Process tenant notices to vacate and prepare standard correspondence to tenants and owners, including relevant attachments.
- Advertise vacant properties on realestate.com.au as required.
- Process rental applications for vacant properties.
- Scan and file property documentation, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with daily office opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a residential Property Management setting is essential.
- A sound understanding of residential leases and property management processes.
- Experience advertising rental properties online would be highly regarded.
- Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work independently.
