About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing construction business delivering high-quality projects across Sydney. This is an chance to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams.

The successful candidate will be a proven project leader with strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a track record of delivering construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement through to completion and handover.
- Lead project teams and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Drive strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
- Monitor project performance and implement strategies to achieve programme and financial objectives.
- Manage contract administration,



variations, claims, and commercial outcomes.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project staff.

About You

- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering commercial, industrial, fit-out, residential, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project controls.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead multiple workstreams and make sound commercial decisions.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative and proactive approach.
