Colombo Social is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help shape the next chapter of our Enmore restaurant.

We're part of Plate It Forward, a hospitality group and social enterprise using food to create positive social impact and employment opportunities.

You'll lead day-to-day service, build a strong team and work closely with the kitchen and wider operations team to deliver a great guest experience and strong venue performance.

You'll lead day-to-day service, build a solid team and work closely with the kitchen and wider operations team to deliver a great guest experience and strong venue performance.

What You'll Do

- Lead service and set a warm, professional standard for guests
- Coach, support and develop the front-of-house team
- Manage rosters, daily operations and labour performance
- Build the team's confidence in our food, wine and beverage offering
- Respond to guest feedback and keep the venue running smoothly

About You

You have at least 2 years' restaurant management or senior leadership experience and enjoy being visible, hands-on and supportive on the floor.

You're confident leading a team, delivering excellent service and balancing guest experience with the commercial needs of a busy restaurant. A current NSW RSA is essential.
