About The Role

We’re looking for casual Personal Care Assistants to support our NDIS clients living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes across Campbelltown, Minto and surrounding areas, with immediate starts available.

There is also opportunity to pick up other shifts within our team, including supporting aged care clients.

You’ll provide hands-on, person-centred support that helps clients live safely and independently, build everyday skills and participate in their local community. Depending on the individual and their support plan, your day may include:

- Providing personal care, including showering, dressing and toileting
- Supporting daily living, including meals, household tasks and medication where required
- Supporting mobility and other individual care needs
- Providing transport to appointments,



activities and community access
- Supporting choice, independence and participation in everyday life
- Providing companionship and social support
- Following each client’s individual support plan
- Recognising changes in a client’s wellbeing and communicating concerns to the wider care team

We’re particularly looking for people available Monday to Friday, between 7am–9am and 2pm–8pm.

This is a community-based role, and you’ll need to be comfortable travelling up to 30 minutes from home to support clients across the local area.

About You

You’re a qualified Personal Care Worker who genuinely enjoys supporting people to live with greater independence and choice. You’re caring, reliable and respectful, comfortable working independently and as part of a broader support team, and take the time to understand each person’s individual needs, preferences and goals.

You must have:

- Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or Home & Community Care
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Medication training/competency
- A valid NSW Driver Licence
- Access to your own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Australian working rights
- Experience providing complex care
