- A focus on advice, relationships, and long-term client outcomes

Benefits Include:

- Above market salary package
- Vehicle (or allowance)

- 10% Employee Profit Share
- Group Life, Trauma and Income Protection cover
- Annual wellness allowance ($500)
- Monthly recognition award ($$)

The Opportunity
Due to internal promotion an opportunity has become available for an experienced Rural Broker to join the team.

You’ll step into a rural portfolio consisting of quality agri and commercial clients across a diverse range of occupations. Challenging, but manageable with room to grow.

- Is rural minded with strong technical capability
- Builds trusted relationships with clients and insurers
- Is confident pursuing opportunities
