The Opportunity Joining an established and supportive team, you will manage a varied portfolio of insurance claims, conduct investigations and assessments, and develop your expertise across the loss adjusting process.
This role would suit someone who has gained an initial foundation in loss adjusting and is ready for greater responsibility, ongoing mentorship and a clear pathway for career progression.
Key Responsibilities

- Investigate and assess property and insurance claims, including determining the cause and extent of damage.
- Conduct site inspections and gather relevant evidence, photographs and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with policyholders, brokers, insurers, builders, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Prepare explicit, accurate and timely loss adjusting reports.
- Review policy coverage, claim circumstances and repair estimates.
- Assist in determining claim outcomes and appropriate settlement recommendations.
- Manage claim files, maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines.
- Build strong professional relationships while delivering a high standard of customer service.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- 2–3 years’ experience in loss adjusting, property claims or a closely related insurance role.




- An understanding of property damage claims, investigations and insurance processes.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to prepare professional reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to develop your technical expertise.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to inspection sites as required.
