About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Education Officer to support the development and delivery of meaningful education initiatives that promote cultural understanding, inclusion, and culturally responsive learning practices.
Working as part of a collaborative education team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences for students and professional learning opportunities for educators. This role combines program delivery, resource development, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who is passionate about education and creating positive learning outcomes.

About you:

- Experience developing or delivering education programs, workshops, resources, or professional learning activities.
- Knowledge of contemporary education practices and curriculum frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills across online and face-to-face environments.




- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience preparing reports, educational resources, or related documentation.
- A commitment to culturally safe, inclusive, and responsive learning environments.
- The ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating initiative and autonomy.

Essential Requirements

- Experience working in an education, training, or school-based environment.
- Ability to work on-site, with flexible work arrangements available.
- Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card, or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
