About the Opportunities

We are seeking Chefs, Kitchen Utilities and Mine Site Utilities for opportunities with various clients across Western Australia’s Pilbara, Goldfields and Yilgarn regions.

Working within remote mining and village environments, you will help deliver essential services that keep sites running smoothly and provide a comfortable, welcoming environment for residents.

Locations, rosters, assignment lengths and travel arrangements will vary depending on the client and role.

Roles Available

Chefs

- Prepare and cook meals in a high-volume catering environment.
- Support breakfast, lunch, dinner and crib meal services as required.
- Cater for dietary requirements and food allergies.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising food waste.

Kitchen Utilities

- Assist with basic food preparation and meal service.
- Complete dishwashing and clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Replenish dining room supplies and maintain presentation standards.
- Assist with deliveries, stock storage and waste disposal.
- Follow food handling and workplace safety procedures.

Mine Site Utilities

- Clean mine site offices,



crib rooms, ablution blocks and shared facilities.
- Carry out housekeeping, accommodation cleaning or laundry duties where required.
- Replenish consumables and maintain hygiene standards.
- Handle cleaning products and equipment safely.
- Work across service areas according to site requirements.

About You

We are looking for reliable, adaptable people who take pride in their work and contribute positively to a team.

Successful applicants will need:

- Relevant experience in commercial kitchens, hospitality, cleaning or remote village services.
- A solid commitment to safety, hygiene and quality service.
- The ability to manage the physical demands of the role and work in remote conditions.
- Flexibility to work allocated rosters and day or night shifts as required.
- The ability to meet client onboarding requirements, which may include a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening and National Police Clearance.
- Relevant trade qualifications for Chef positions.

Previous mining or remote camp experience will be highly regarded. Additional licences and tickets may be required for particular sites.
