Join Tasty Fresh Food Co.’s Cardiff depot, working across food and bakery production, warehouse and pick-pack duties in a friendly, supportive team.
Hours and advantages
- 24–38 hours per week, depending on staffing requirements
- Variable starts, most commonly 3am, with some starts around 6am
- Finish between 11am and 2pm, depending on your start time
- Monday–Friday—weekends free

- Planned start: Monday 2 November
Availability for varying start and finish times is essential.
The role
- Prepare and assemble fresh food, including sandwiches and wraps
- Assist with bakery production
- Pick, pack, receive and store stock
- Work in cold storage areas as required
- Follow food safety procedures and keep work areas clean
About you
You’re dependable, friendly and willing to learn, comfortable following direction and happy working both independently and with the team.
You’ll also need:
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn and retain instructions
- Ability to safely lift 10–15kg and complete active duties
- Reliable transport for 3am starts—a licence and your own transport are preferred; alternatives must reliably cover all rostered hours
Relevant experience is helpful but not essential. A forklift licence is highly regarded.
Working with meat, dairy and gluten-containing products is part of the role.
