We are recruiting experienced Production Operators and Packers for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Boronia. Seeking reliable and motivated individuals with previous process working experience to join a fast-paced production workplace on an ongoing basis.

About the Role

Working within a clean and highly regulated manufacturing environment, as a production operator you will be overseeing production lines, assisting in rapid-paced packing products, quality checking and line maintenance.

Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and have a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Fast paced packing activities and production line assistance.
- If trained, set up machines and perform changeovers when required.
- Conduct routine equipment and product quality checks.
- Maintain production output and quality standards
- Identify and report machine/production line faults or issues
- Follow GMP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment




- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

- Minimum 6 months experience as production worker in food or pharma
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Experience within pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments highly regarded
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments advantageous
- Reliable transport and flexibility to work day, afternoon or night shifts
- Open to limited and unlimited working rights applicants residing in Australia
