We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in the mining industry based in Brisbane, Queensland. This permanent, full-time role is crucial for ensuring the successful planning, design, and execution of mining projects. Responsibilities:
- Conduct site investigations and assessments to determine the suitability of locations for mining operations.
- Design and oversee the construction of mining infrastructure, including roads, tunnels, and drainage systems.
- Collaborate with geologists and other engineers to develop effective mining plans.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management on timelines and budgets.
- Assist in the management of project resources and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
