Customer Success Program Manager

Global SaaS Leader | 9-Month Contract | Sydney Preferred | Hybrid & Flexible Working

Our client, a leading global SaaS organisation with headquarters in the UK, is seeking a Customer Success Program Manager to join their Australian team on a 9-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work across international teams, drive key customer success initiatives, and contribute to projects that directly influence business performance and customer outcomes.

Reporting to a UK-based leadership team and partnering closely with local stakeholders, you will play a critical role in turning strategy into action, ensuring programs stay on track and delivering meaningful results.

Key responsibilities include:

· Managing customer success projects from planning through to execution

· Partnering with Australian and UK stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes

· Identifying risks, resolving roadblocks, and keeping initiatives moving forward

· Analysing operational feedback and performance data to identify improvement opportunities

· Supporting process enhancements and change initiatives across the business

· Ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives

What are we looking for?

· 3-5 years’ experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Operations, Customer Success, or Business Operations

· Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills





· The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

· Experience within a SaaS, software, technology, or digital business

· Exposure to Customer Success or Customer Operations functions

· Strong reporting, presentation, and analytical skills
