Position: Cook (Full-time)

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Superannuation

Bringko Epping Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Cook or Chef to join our team at The Bunsik Burger in Epping, NSW. This

is a full time position within a fast-paced and growing hospitality environment.

Requirements

- Relevant qualiOcation in Commercial Cookery or related Oeld (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work eUciently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
- Physically Ot and able to stand for long hours in a busy kitchen

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with The Bunsik Burger standards, ensuring consistency in taste and
- presentation
- Assist in food preparation, portion control, and kitchen operations during service




- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staY to ensure smooth and timely service
- Follow company procedures, recipes, and operational standards
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are consistently met.
- Cook food using woks, pans, ovens, grills, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
- Adapt recipes and cooking techniques to accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Assist with menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staY as required.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards at all times.
