About the Opportunity

As a PM Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading warehouse teams and ensuring daily operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and working closely with customers and stakeholders to achieve operational targets.

These opportunities offer a consistent Monday to Friday roster with a 1:30pm start, with positions becoming available across multiple DHL sites in Western Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support warehouse teams to achieve safety, service, quality, and productivity targets
- Drive a positive team culture focused on performance and engagement
- Monitor daily operational activities and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety, operational, and company procedures
- Support workforce planning and resource allocation to meet customer requirements

You have the following qualities and qualifications:





- Experience leading teams within a 3PL, warehousing, or logistics environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ideally Manhattan
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills
- Previous exposure to automated warehouse environments (highly regarded)
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement
