Your opportunity

As a Procurement & Fleet Officer, you'll provide accurate and responsive administrative support across procurement, contracts, suppliers and fleet operations.

Working closely with the Procurement and Fleet team, you'll process procurement requests, maintain records, support supplier onboarding and compliance activities, and contribute to effective procurement and contract management outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their procurement, contract administration or operational support experience within a collaborative and purpose-driven organisation.

You'll make an impact by

- Supporting procurement requests, supplier onboarding and contract administration, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

- Maintaining procurement, supplier, contract, fleet and compliance records, supporting governance and audit requirements.

- Supporting fleet operations, including vehicle acquisitions, registrations, servicing, allocations, incidents, disposals and record management.

- Administering motor vehicle insurance claims,



maintain claims records and prepare routine reports, data analysis and quality checks.

- Monitoring compliance obligations, escalate identified risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

What you'll bring

- Experience in procurement, contract administration, fleet operations or a similar administrative support environment.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within established processes.

- Sound judgement and the ability to identify and escalate risks or compliance concerns appropriately

We would also love you to bring the following skills:

- Certificate III or IV in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline.

- Experience using procurement, supplier compliance, contract management or fleet management systems.

- Knowledge of procurement processes and governance requirements.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
