You’ll play an important role in keeping our clinical areas running smoothly, supporting our dentists throughout patient treatments and ensuring our instruments and equipment meet the highest standards of sterilisation and infection control.

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work and brings a proactive, can-do attitude to the team. You’ll have strong clinical skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care while supporting your colleagues to keep the day running smoothly.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, takes initiative and understands the importance of being a reliable team member.

You'll ideally have:

- A genuine interest in dental assisting and patient care.

- Experience in dental assisting

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to infection control.

- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to stay on top of tasks in a busy environment.

- A proactive attitude — someone who sees what needs doing and gets involved.

- Clear, professional communication skills and a friendly approach to patients and colleagues.

- The ability to follow procedures, manage competing priorities and work efficiently.

- Reliability, initiative and pride in maintaining a high standard of work.

A Certificate III in Dental Assisting or relevant experience would be advantageous. First Aid certification is also desirable,



or you should be willing to obtain it.
