We're opening an exciting new Hairhouse store at Brisbane Airport and are looking for both Casual and Full Time Hair & Beauty Advisors to join our team.
This is the perfect opportunity for qualified hairdressers who want to leverage their industry knowledge in a retail environment. You'll use your expertise to help clients achieve their hair goals through personalised consultations, professional product recommendations, and exceptional service, without the physical demands of working behind the chair.
What you'll be doing
- Conduct personalised hair health and product consultations
- Recommend tailored solutions from over 250 professional haircare, styling and beauty brands
- Share expert advice to help clients maintain healthy hair between salon visits
- Create an exceptional customer experience
- Support the wider salon and retail team as required

What we're looking for
- Certificate III in Hairdressing (essential)
- Previous salon experience and a passion for the hair and beauty industry
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- A genuine interest in professional haircare and beauty products
- A positive, customer-focused approach
- Availability to work across a rotating retail roster
