About the Role

As a Retail Sales Specialist at Sydney Tools Castle Hill, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and helping customers find the right tools and equipment for their needs.

You'll work with a diverse customer base, including professional tradespeople, contractors and DIY enthusiasts, providing practical advice and building strong customer relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide expert product recommendations.




- Build relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend suitable tools, accessories and equipment.
- Work towards individual and store sales targets.
- Develop strong product knowledge across our extensive range of leading brands.
- Process customer transactions and respond to enquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented showroom.
- Assist with merchandising, promotions and general store operations.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store objectives.

Roster: This is a full-time position requiring one rostered weekend day each week.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the motivation to succeed in a sales-focused environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience in retail sales, trade sales, hardware or customer service.
- Alternatively, a trade background with an interest in transitioning into sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to build customer relationships.
- A results-driven mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- An interest in tools, power equipment and the trade industry.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy retail environment.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.

Previous tool and hardware experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
