To perform medical imaging procedures and be responsible for the production and accurate archiving of diagnostic images under the direction of department and section managers;

Selection Criteria

1. Hold a degree in Medical Radiation Science or equivalent.
2. Hold a NSW EPA Radiation Licence to operate radiation apparatus and registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with AHPRA.
3.



Demonstrated ability and experience to perform radiographic examinations in a wide range of modality areas including general, theatre, mobiles.
4. Willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 roster and on call as part of a multidisciplinary team.
5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with experience or knowledge in utilising health related computer applications.
6. Ability to work with a team and independently with the ability to organise workload to facilitate high patient throughput.
7. A knowledge of WHS and radiation protection practices.
8. Proven ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail.
