Reporting to and working closely with the Principal Manager, Value Based Healthcare, you will collaborate with the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation, Primary Health Network representatives, and a diverse range of stakeholders to embed patient-reported measures into clinical care and support meaningful service improvement across the District.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project and change management professional to provide strategic leadership, foster stakeholder engagement, and contribute to healthcare transformation initiatives that place patients at the centre of care.
