We are seeking to appoint a Biology & Nutrition Teacher (Year 11 & 12) who also has experience teaching Middle Years Mathematics and Science to join our team.

As a Teacher at St George College, you will lead our students through a energetic and engaging curriculum where students “learn by doing”. You will also support and contribute to the extra-curricular and co-curricular programs which complement learning in the classroom.

This is a 1.0 FTE 12 month contract position commencing Term 1 2027.

Applicants must demonstrate;

- Enthusiastic teaching to motive and inspire students;

- Experience in teaching Biology & Nutrition (SACE)



at Year 11 & 12;

- Experience in teaching Science to middle school students Year 7-10;

- A proactive approach to lesson planning. assessment and classroom management

Essential requirements;

- Relevant teaching qualifications (minimum Degree level) and/or experience in working in a similar role.

- Current Working with Children clearance

- Current Responding to Abuse or Neglect certificate

- Current First Aid certificate
