About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with our team of florists based in Stanmore (inner west). This is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Key duties include:

- Process website, phone and email orders and answer queries.

- Troubleshoot order issues with our drivers, customers, and florists.

- Manage our corporate customers by delivering exceptional service.

- Quote on special orders,



corporate events and other extraordinary products.

- Build and develop strong relationships with our customers.

- Support our team of florists.

About You:

The successful Customer Service Representative will have:

- Strong attention to detail.

- Positive, flexible approach to your work.

- Strong communication and organisational skills.

- Proven experience in delighting customers and clients.

- Exceptional phone manner.
