About you
- Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale commercial or multi-residential projects.
- Strong understanding of structural construction, sequencing and subcontractor coordination.
- Experience managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement and other structural trades.
- Proven ability to programme and coordinate site works.
- Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills.
- A robust focus on safety, quality and programme.
- Confidence taking ownership of your section and driving delivery.
